Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 3 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to postsecondary education, so as to provide for a service cancelable education loan program for students in fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics who work in federal civil service positions at defense installations in this state; to provide for eligibility, repayment, cancellation, and administration; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
