General Assembly; provide by law for additional fees; Safe Habor for Sexually Exploited Children Fund -CA

Abstract

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to authorize the General Assembly to provide by law for additional fees in any case in which a person is adjudged guilty of trafficking a person for sexual servitude, pimping, pandering, keeping a place of prostitution, prostitution, masturbation for hire, or sexual exploitation of children to fund the Safe Harbor for Sexually Exploited Children Fund; to provide that such funds shall not lapse; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.
