Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Titles 34, 38, 45, and 50 of the O.C.G.A., relating to labor and industrial relations, to the military, emergency management, and veterans affairs, to public officers and employees, and to state government, respectively, so as to eliminate the licensing of nongovernmental rescue organizations, groups, teams, search and rescue dog teams, and individuals by the director of the Georgia Emergency Management Agency; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
