Abstract

Brownfields; Deleting a provision requiring certain property owners to provide information regarding institutional controls to the local government for mapping purposes; revising the conditions under which an applicant who has rehabilitated a contaminated site may submit and claim certain tax credits; deleting the definition of the term “monetary compensation”; revising the date by which the Department of Environmental Protection must issue annual site rehabilitation tax credit certificate awards, etc.
