Abstract

Criminal Justice; Providing criminal penalties for persons who commit any act that causes, tends to cause, encourages, or contributes to a child committing offenses of specified severities; providing criminal penalties for an adult who causes or entices a minor to commit, or in the presence of a minor commits, a specified violation of law relating to animal cruelty, etc.
