Abstract

Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Trust Funds; Authorizes FWCC to invest & reinvest Administrative Trust Fund moneys & interest thereof; requires that funds in trust fund at end of fiscal year be carried forward; authorizes commission to spend money from Florida Panther Research & Management Trust Fund for certain research, monitoring, & land acquisition; removes provision specifying type of agreement activities for which moneys from Grants & Donations Trust Fund may be used; removes requirement for administration of Nongame Wildlife Trust Fund; authorizes use of trust fund proceeds for law enforcement purposes; authorizes FWCC to enter into certain agreements with private landowners.
