Abstract

Jai Alai Permitholders; Authorizes holders of valid pari-mutuel permit to lease certain facilities to any other holder of same pari-mutuel permit or to any jai alai permitholder when located within specified radius of each other; authorizes such lessees to apply for certain license; prohibits such lessees from operating cardroom or slot machine at leased facility; requires certain jai alai permitholders to conduct minimum number of live performances using their existing permit.
