Regulation of Presidential Libraries

Abstract

Regulation of Presidential Libraries; Prohibits counties, municipalities, or other political subdivisions from adopting or enforcing certain local ordinances, regulations, rules, or policies regarding presidential libraries unless authorized by federal law.
