Electronic Delivery of Notices to Tenants

Abstract

Electronic Delivery of Notices to Tenants; Authorizes landlord to electronically deliver notices to tenant if certain conditions are met; provides that notice delivered by e-mail is deemed delivered at time e-mail is sent; provides exception; requires landlord to maintain certain information; provides construction; specifies that certain notices must be delivered by mailing or delivering true copy thereof, while other notices may also be delivered by e-mail.
