Abstract

Provenance of Digital Content; Requires certain artificial intelligence developers make provenance data available through specified options; requires such developers to make provenance readers available in specified manner; requires certain social media platforms to retain & make available certain provenance data; provides that violation constitutes unfair or deceptive act or practice.
