Abstract

Adult Day Care Services and Centers; Provides tiered payment system as reimbursement system for adult day care services providers under Medicaid program; provides reimbursement rates for nonemergency medical transportation services provided by adult day care centers to Medicaid recipients; provides annual continuing education requirements for operators of adult day care centers; authorizes waivers for operators on active duty in military; requires persons & entities providing continuing education courses to furnish specified documents to DOEA; provides that continuing education requirements are condition precedent to issuance, continuation, reinstatement, or renewal of adult day care center license.
