Abstract

Public Records and Meetings/Agency’s Competitive Solicitation; Expanding the public records exemption related to bids, proposals, or replies to an agency’s competitive solicitation by extending the duration of the exemption in specified circumstances; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; expanding the public meetings exemption related to negotiations with a vendor that submitted a bid, proposal, or reply to an agency’s competitive solicitation by extending the duration of the exemption in specified circumstances; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing statements of public necessity, etc.
