Child Maintenance Restitution; Defining the term “child maintenance restitution”; authorizing a court to order a defendant to pay child maintenance restitution to the surviving parent or guardian of a minor if the defendant is convicted of violating specified provisions of law and the deceased victim of the offense was the parent or guardian of the child; providing for enforcement of income deduction orders; specifying circumstances under which child maintenance restitution may not be ordered or under which child maintenance restitution must be an offset by a judgment award, etc.
