Coverage by the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Revises types of policies that go to specified accounts of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; revises requirements for areas that are eligible for certain personal residential & commercial residential & commercial nonresidential policy coverages by corporation; authorizes corporation to amend wind-eligible areas; authorizes corporation to consider certain factors in developing new eligibility criteria & rates for policies that provide wind-only coverage; provides that such rates are subject to specified provisions; requires corporation to review & submit to Legislature any recommendations to revise certain eligibility criteria for review & approval.
