Abstract

OGSR/Department of the Lottery; Provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption from public record requirements relating to security of certain technologies, processes, & practices; removes scheduled repeal of exemptions relating to information about lottery games, personal identifying information of retailers & vendors for purposes of background checks, & certain financial information held by DOL.
