Abstract

Education; Providing for the initial open enrollment period for specified employees; providing requirements for the minimum participation period for specified institutions; requiring charter schools to report full-time equivalent student membership rather than student enrollments for funding purposes; providing that funding for students enrolled in charter schools sponsored by state universities or Florida College System institutions is provided in the Florida Education Finance Program and General Appropriations Act; etc. APPROPRIATION: $250,000,000
