Continuing Contracts

Abstract

Continuing Contracts; Revises maximum estimated construction cost of construction projects for which governmental entity may enter into continuing contract; requires DMS to annually adjust maximum amount allowed under specified contracts using specified index & publish adjusted amount on DMS's website.
