Special Persons Registry; Citing this act as the “Protect Our Loved Ones Act"; authorizing local law enforcement agencies to develop and maintain a database, to be known as the “Special Persons Registry,” for a specified purpose; authorizing local law enforcement agencies to provide relevant information from the registry to law enforcement officers under certain circumstances, etc.
