Abstract

Private Property for Motor Vehicle Parking; Requiring that invoices for parking charges be sent by certified mail to a specified party; prohibiting the assessment of a late fee before a certain period; prohibiting a private property owner or operator from charging specified parties under certain conditions, etc.
