Abstract

Public Records/Personal Identifying Information of Certain Victims; Defining the term “victim”; exempting from public records requirements the personal identifying information of certain victims held by the Division of Emergency Management for a specified timeframe; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
