Agricultural Lands

Abstract

Agricultural Lands; Prohibiting a county from levying special assessments on certain lands; authorizing construction or installation of housing for agricultural employees on certain lands; prohibiting local governments from adopting land use or zoning restrictions, conditions, or regulations that require termination or surrender of agricultural classifications for certain property, etc.
