Abstract

OGSR/Public Guardians and Employees with Fiduciary Responsibility; Revises provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for identifying & location information of current or former public guardians, employees with fiduciary responsibility, & spouses & children of current or former public guardians & employees with fiduciary responsibility; narrowing scope of public records exemption for current public guardians & employees with fiduciary responsibility & former public guardians & employees with fiduciary responsibility; removes scheduled repeal of exemption.
