Abstract

Private Property for Motor Vehicle Parking; Requires invoices for parking charges be sent by certified mail to specified party; prohibits late fees before certain period; authorizes late fees after such period; prohibits county or municipality from adopting certain ordinance or regulation; prohibits private property owner or operator from charging specified parties under certain conditions.
