Immigration; Prohibits counties & municipalities from providing funds to any person, entity, or organization to issue identification documents to individual who does not provide proof of lawful presence in US; requires hospitals to collect patient immigration status data information on admission; requires certain private employers to use E-Verify system to verify employment eligibility of persons who accept employment offers authorizes DEO to enforce requirements to use E-Verify & to conduct random audits of employers; removes provision authorizing unauthorized immigrant to obtain license to practice law; provides criminal penalties for persons who knowingly & willfully violate, or who reasonably should know & violate, certain provisions relating to transporting into this state of individuals who entered US unlawfully & without inspection by Federal Government; provides for coordination of certain activities with Federal Government.
