Elder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse Fatality Review Teams; Authorizes establishments of elder & vulnerable adult abuse fatality review teams; revises team membership; authorizes team to determine number & types of incidents to review; removes provisions relating to state attorney; revises team requirements; requires members sign specified acknowledgment of public records requirements; expands immunity from monetary liability to other persons; provides communications, information, & records acquired by team are not subject to discovery or introduction into evidence in certain proceedings; provides person who attends meeting or other authorized activities of team may not testify in certain proceedings as to certain records or information.
