Abstract

Sexual Offenses Definitions; Defining the term “female genitals” and revising the definitions of the terms “sexual battery” and “sexual bestiality”; requiring that HIV test results performed on inmates arrested for sexual offenses involving female genital penetration be disclosed under certain circumstances, etc.
