Abstract

Certification for Prescriptive Authority; Requiring the Board of Psychology to certify certain psychologists to exercise prescriptive authority; authorizing certified psychologists to use their prescriptive authority in accordance with rules adopted by the board; requiring prescribing psychologists who are authorized to prescribe controlled substances to file specified information with the board within a specified timeframe; requiring the board to submit a list of prescribing psychologists, including specified information, to the Board of Pharmacy, etc.
