Abstract

Fiduciary Duty of Care for Appointed Public Officials and Executive Officers; Establishing standards for the fiduciary duty of care for appointed public officials and executive officers of specified governmental entities; requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to contract for or approve a training program or publish a list of approved training providers; authorizing training to be provided by in-house counsel for certain governmental entities; requiring appointed public officials and executive officers to certify their completion of the annual training, etc.
