Abstract

Farm-to-Plate Investment Plan; Requiring the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to develop a plan with recommendations for legislative action to stabilize and revitalize farm and food businesses in the state; providing plan requirements; authorizing the department to take certain actions in developing the plan; requiring the department to submit the plan to the Governor and Legislature by a specified date, etc.
