Agreements with Professional Sports Teams; Defining the terms “professional sports team” and “sporting event”; prohibiting a governmental entity from entering into certain agreements with a professional sports team unless the agreement includes specified provisions; requiring a governmental entity that enters into such an agreement to strictly enforce such provisions; authorizing the Attorney General to intervene to enforce such provisions under certain circumstances, etc.
