Abstract

Public Records/Investigation of a Murder; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain information relating to an investigation of a murder until such records are given or required to be given to an arrested person under specified circumstances; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing an exemption from public records requirements for statements of a witness to a murder for a specified timeframe; delaying an existing legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
