Abstract

Batterers’ Intervention Programs; Requiring the Department of Children and Families to certify and monitor specified batterers’ intervention programs; requiring programs to have certain safety measures in place; providing requirements for program orientation and weekly group sessions; authorizing the department to reject or suspend certification of a program for failure to comply with the requirements, etc.
