Abstract

Home Kitchen Operations; Exempting home kitchen operations from food permitting requirements; providing requirements for the sale of home kitchen food products; preempting the regulation of home kitchen operations to the state; requiring the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to investigate complaints and conduct inspections as necessary; providing that home kitchen operations are subject to specified administrative fines, etc.
