Abstract

Domestic Abuser Registration; Requires FDLE to post publicly accessible registry on its website of persons convicted of domestic abuse offenses; provides requirements for registry; requires clerk of court in each county to forward certain notice of conviction for domestic abuse offense to FDLE within specified time; requires maintenance of specified information for certain time periods; requires removal of specified records under certain circumstances.
