Certified Domestic Violence Service Providers

Abstract

Certified Domestic Violence Service Providers; Requires DCF to certify domestic violence service providers; provides requirements for such service providers; authorizes department to deny, suspend, or revoke certification of service provider; provides for expiration of such certification; authorizes service providers to be certified throughout state if funds & need is demonstrated; provides requirements for service providers to receive state funds; authorizes service providers to enter into subcontracts if approved by DCF; authorizes service providers to carry forward funds.
