Abstract

Swim-up Bars; Provides swim-up bars may not be prohibited in certain public pools; provides requirements for swim-up bars in certain establishments; requires Florida Building Commission to adopt within Florida Building Code requirements for swim-up bars in certain public pools; provides minimum requirements.
