Abstract

OGSR/Alleged Victim or Victim of Sexual Harassment; Revises exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information of alleged victim of sexual harassment or victim of sexual harassment if such information identifies person as alleged victim or victim; authorizes alleged victim or victim to waive confidentiality in writing; extends date for legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
