Abstract

Vacation and Timeshare Plans; Revises provisions relating to vacation & timeshare plans, including public offering statements; delivery methods, including electronically; incidental benefits; cancellation rights of purchaser; termination of timeshare plans, termination trustees, disputes relating to distribution of funds after termination; electronic meetings; emergency powers of managing entity or board of administration for owners' association; multisite timeshare plans; & trustee foreclosures of assessment & mortgage liens.
