Energy; Revises & creates various provisions relating to farm renewable energy production tax credit, statewide emergency shelter plan, lease of manmade stormwater management systems for floating solar energy systems, energy efficiency of state buildings, statewide policy for renewable energy resource & efficiency, Residential Energy Efficiency Upgrades Program, greenhouse gas reduction, registry, & inventory, Wastewater Treatment Plant Energy Program, Farm Renewable & Efficiency Demonstrations Program, & solar consumer protections. APPROPRIATION: $250,000
