Money Services Businesses

Abstract

Money Services Businesses; Provides that control persons of money services businesses, rather than officers, are not liable for loss or damages under certain circumstances; requires licensees to report changes in control persons, rather than in certain other entities or persons; provides that addition of control person, rather than certain other entities or persons, is subject to certain requirements; revises requirements for applications for licensure as money services business.
