Abstract

Motor Vehicle Insurance; Requires agencies that employ law enforcement officers to maintain motor vehicle insurance in certain instances while traveling in an official law enforcement vehicle; provides exceptions; provides liability limitations; provides methods to meet liability insurance requirements.
