Abstract

Executive Appointments; Requires that executive director of DLE & executive director of DVA be appointed by Governor subject to majority vote of Governor & Cabinet with Governor on prevailing side; requires that appointment of Secretary of Environmental Protection be subject to concurrence of three members of Cabinet or confirmation by Senate.
