Abstract

Impact of COVID-19 on Educational Institutions; Prohibiting an educational institution that has taken certain reasonably necessary actions to diminish the impact or spread of COVID-19 from being civilly liable for such actions; providing that general publications of educational institutions are not evidence of an implied contract to provide specified services during the COVID-19 public health emergency; authorizing school grades calculated during a certain school year to be used for eligibility for the Florida School Recognition Program, etc.
