Central Florida Water Initiative; Ratifying specified rules relating to the Central Florida Water Initiative, for the sole and exclusive purpose of satisfying any condition on effectiveness pursuant to s. 120.541(3), F.S., which requires ratification of any rule exceeding any specified thresholds for likely adverse impact or increase in regulatory costs; requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to provide reports relating to implementation of the requirements of the Central Florida Water Initiative rules to the Legislature by specified dates; requiring the department, in consultation with specified water management districts, to adopt rules to limit the amount of groundwater that existing and future permittees may withdraw from the Floridan Aquifer based on certain information, etc.
