Abstract

Waivers of Exemptions of Applicable Assets; Providing that certain exemptions of certain assets may not be waived unless certain conditions are met; specifying references that are insufficient to pledge a security interest in certain assets or to waive certain protections; providing that a description of certain accounts and entitlements by certain type of collateral is insufficient, etc.
