Fees/Batterers’ Intervention Programs; Reviving, reenacting, and amending a provision relating to certification and monitoring of batterers’ intervention programs and fees; requiring the Department of Children and Families to assess and collect an annual certification fee from batterers’ intervention programs; requiring certain persons attending certified batterers’ intervention programs to pay a fee for each program attended; requiring certification and user fees to be deposited in the Domestic Violence Trust Fund for a specified purpose, etc.
