Abstract

Deprivation of Constitutional Rights; Providing for a civil action against an officer, employee, or agent acting under color of law of this state or its political subdivisions for the deprivation of rights secured under the United States and State Constitutions; specifying circumstances under which an officer, employee, or agent is immune from liability; providing for the award of attorney fees and costs to a prevailing plaintiff; specifying applicability of laws governing the defense of civil actions, and the payment of judgments or settlements, against specified officers, employees, and agents, etc.
