Abstract

Criminal Justice; Requiring that a custodial interrogation conducted at a place of detention in connection with covered offenses be electronically recorded in its entirety; providing for retroactive application of a specified provision relating to a review of sentence for juvenile offenders convicted of murder; precluding eligibility for a sentence review for young adult offenders who previously committed, or conspired to commit, murder; establishing the conditional medical release program within the Department of Corrections; establishing the conditional aging inmate release program within the department; repealing provisions relating to conditional medical release, etc.
