Reporting Animal Cruelty; Citing this act as "Allie’s Law"; specifying that the failure of a veterinarian to report suspected animal cruelty is grounds for disciplinary action; requiring veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other animal treatment provider employees to report cases of suspected animal cruelty to certain officials; authorizing veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other animal treatment provider employees to report suspected cases of animal cruelty at certain commercial food-producing animal operations under certain circumstances, etc.
