Law Enforcement Officer Training; Authorizing the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission to incorporate instruction on use of force, deescalation techniques, and suicide awareness and prevention techniques into the course curriculum required for law enforcement officers obtaining initial certification; authorizing the commission to adopt rules authorizing each officer to receive instruction on use of force, deescalation techniques, and suicide awareness and prevention techniques as part of required instruction for continued employment or appointment as an officer, etc.
